Not only were the invitations perfect for my friend's Kentucky Derby themed bridal shower, they were very well done and the whole experience was positive. The designer that worked with me via email was extremely patient with my questions and changes. Every proof was emailed to me quickly. The tone of the email communication was always friendly. When there was a delay in the card stock used for my invitation, I was offered expedited shipping. In addition, I requested matching thank you notes. Those were designed two different ways and sent to me for my selection within one day. I could not have had a better customer experience. I am already a repeat customer, since I just ordered a shower invitation for another friend getting married later this year.
